In case of urgent situations in your building after office hours

If your building's address is; Gamla Torget 6, Östra Ågatan 19, Klosterparken, Skytteanum/Atterbom, Trädgårdsgatan 1, Slottsgränd 4, Trädgårdsgatan 18-20 or Västra Ågatan 26). Call the landlord's 24-hour hotline; 018-14 30 20. Calls after office hour will be directed to SOS Alarm who will send help. 

If your building's address is Gamla Torget 3. Call the landlord's hotline 018-489 20 40.

If your building's address is Trädgårdsgatan 7E please call 0774-49 49 49.

Emergenices in your building is problems such as water damage, harmful damage on the build itself which can lead to break ins or other severe situations etc. 
 

Error report during office hours

Standard error reports can be sent to helpdesk@gamlatorget.uu.se. 

Urgent error reports during office hours (Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00) can be reported by telephone, please call campus management at 018-471 6690.
